In accordance with the General Data Protection Relation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, patients may request to see their medical records. Such requests should be made through the practice manager. No information will be released without the patient consent unless we are legally obliged to do so. The patient must collect their medical record in person and bring ID to show on collection. We have one calendar month to process data requests, in exceptional circumstances it may take longer but if this is the case we will contact you promptly to let you know.
